Managed Service Plans

At Progressive Technology, we make managed service plans simple. There are no Gold, Silver, and Bronze plans to choose from. Instead, we customize our service plan to meets the needs of your organization. To do this we require some simple straight forward information from you like:

• The number of workstations and laptops in your organization
• The number of servers in your organization
• Mission critical applications running within your organization such as:
  • Exchange Server
  • SQL Server
  • FileMaker
  • Great Plains
• How your back ups are being run

From this information we can determine what your monthly managed service plan will cost and provide this information to you.

Your Satisfaction is Important to us

We are so certain that you will be completely satisfied that there are no lengthy contracts to sign. We contract services with you on a monthly basis. On the first of each month payment is due for that month. If at any time you would like to cancel services we only require 2 weeks notice. We could only make an offer like this because we know just how good our service is.
